GET IT OUT:
have you faced hardships and feelings of isolation from your relationships? are you worrying that those feelings or problems won’t be solved? are you feeling lonely and worried God doesn’t know your desire for companionship? are you worried that you’ll always be alone?
I have faced a lot of hardships and feelings of isolation from my past relationships. I always seem to feel isolated in almost every relationship that I have been in. I feel as if I start or try to start a relationship with another male, my hesitation and fears stop everything even though I don’t want it to stop anything. Loneliness always comes at inconvenient times, but it’s always there. My problem is that no male understands the idea of companionship over a labeled relationship. I strive for a companion over a boyfriend or a husband. But yes, I am terribly worried that I will always be alone, mostly because of me and my fears that I portray on everyone else.
Matthew 6:25-27: 25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life”
1 Peter 5:7: “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”
Philippians 4:6-7: “6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus”
Philippians 4:19: “ And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus”
